Job Description
- Apply scrum/agile methodology in product development.
- Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
- Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
- Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
- Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
- Creating monthly performance reports.
- Attend regular meetings with customers to gather feedback regarding products.
- Partner with designers to conduct periodic review of competitor’s products at local, regional and global scale.
- Partner with designers and other stakeholders to write product specs.
- Collaborate with business partners, QAs, Developers and customers launch new improvements/products/features end-to-end.
- Act as the Single Source of Truth for all things related to product features (i.e. how product should behave, bug or improvement).
- Monitor, intervene, support, lead, troubleshoot day-to-day operations.
- Coach and guide junior members of the larger team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager at another prod/tech company.
- Experience in the software development industry is a plus.
- Strong communicator with capability to handle conversations with both junior and senior figures.
- Able to define and distill ambiguous requests into clear, actionable and achievable requirements within the given timeframe.
- Experience in writing product specs and user stories.
- Experience in doing wireframes and preferably high fidelity mockups in Figma,
- Experience with Agile/Scrum model, use of Trello, JIRA and Confluence, Slack.
- Experience in building SaaS corporate-grade solutions will be a plus.
- Having good communication skills.
