- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Information Technology and Banking.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst, ideally in the financial/banking industry.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and create Business Technical Requirements, including serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving ability and skills to identify areas for process improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (middle level).
- Background in banking is highly preferred.
