- Strategy – support overall business-product strategies, research markets, articulate value propositions, and identify problem areas & growth opportunities-
- Problem structuring – Identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify & validate the same.
- Other – Support other corporate strategy responsibilities as needed, including strategic planning, market research, etc.
- Drive discussions with the product owner and/or business partners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios
- Develop and implement company policies and regulations
- Designing, drafting and implementing compliance policies for the group company
- Ensuring and verifying that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented and communicated.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Mathematic, Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/any related major and Industrial Engineering
- Has knowledge in Pharmacy or Supply Chain is a plus
- Able to model process using flow chart or UML modeling
- Strong analytical and problems solving
- Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
- Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
