- Lead or participate in project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Work with the product team to gather stakeholder input and recommend improvements for product development.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial markets, and the trading industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly.
- Experience in project management (experience as a Product Manager or in Product Research is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
