Job Description

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Drive data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key business metrics.
  • Develop actionable insights through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Business Process Improvement:

  • Optimize operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Strategic Planning and Decision Support:

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and business development.
  • Support resource allocation and cost control through financial analysis.

Project Management:

  • Manage business analysis projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of performance metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, present findings, and implement solutions.
  • Effectively communicate business analysis outcomes across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Have prior consulting experience in end-to-end projects, ideally in consumer-facing industries (e-commerce, hospitality, consumer products).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Open to relocation.
