Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the building.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and address their concerns or inquiries.
- Develop and manage the property budget.
- Provide regular updates to property owners on the status of the building.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelors's Degree (Technic / Management)
- Min. 3 years experience as Building Manager
- Experience preferred Companies engaged in the field in Property Management
- Deep Knowledge with Management Property Strata Title / Leasing Building
- Have a good communication skill
- Have high integrity, leadership spirit, honest and profes
- Able to good cooperation, to unique subordinates or superiors
- Can solve problems and make decisions appropriately and quickly
- Able to analyze and make reports
- Able to work under pressure
- Can to work as soon as possible
- Placement in Jakarta
