Job Description
- Melakukan pekerjaan terkait mekanikal dan elektrikal di gedung-gedung bertingkat.
- Menangani pekerjaan maintenance untuk peralatan gedung seperti lift atau eskalator.
- Melaksanakan instalasi listrik dan pencahayaan sesuai standar yang berlaku.
- Menguasai penggunaan komputer, terutama program seperti Microsoft Office, Autocad, atau perangkat lunak pendukung lainnya.
- Memastikan penerapan praktik keselamatan kerja saat menangani tugas-tugas yang sensitif terhadap bahaya, seperti bekerja dengan listrik tegangan tinggi atau peralatan berat.
Requirements
- Memiliki pengalaman profesional minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang pemeliharaan gedung.
- Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang sistem kelistrikan, AC, plumbing (pipa dan saluran air), generator, dan UPS.
- Memiliki kepribadian yang baik, komunikatif, dan inisiatif untuk terus belajar.
