Job Description

Create a development strategy for all company social media accounts
Strengthen the character persona of each company account
Increase brand awareness (account reach, followers, & engagement rate)
Assist in creating and scheduling content plans on various social media platforms (shopee, tiktok, instagram)
Create creative strategies and concepts for live gimmick campaigns and short videos that will be held every month
Create digital promotion strategy and design concepts (for social media posts, live covers and live skins)
Ensure alignment of the brand message with the target audience

Requirements

Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas in developing brand identity, promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing,
Ability to identify market trends, evaluate branding campaign performance, and make decisions based on available data.
Ability to convey branding ideas and strategies persuasively and convincingly, both in internal team meetings and external presentations.
Knowledge and skills in managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok to promote brands
Ability to write engaging and persuasive content for a variety of media, including promotional materials, and social media channels.
Have an educational background in Marketing or Communication
