Job Description
1. Develop and implement brand campaign strategies and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, from concept through post-launch/sustain, across both online and offline channels.
2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies.
3. Organize thorough event preparations, including on-ground event programs, merchandise, content displays, sales (If any), booth layout/design, and more.
4. Coordinate and communicate with relevant functions (Creative, Product/Growth, Other marketing stakeholders, etc.) from both internal and external parties to manage the implementation of brand campaign/activation activities based on marketing strategies.
5. Collaborate with event planners to design execution plans and manage relationships with relevant organizations, communities, and event organizers.
6. Prepare detailed reports and evaluations post-campaign to gather insights for future improvements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
2. Min. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, brand activation/event management, or a similar area.
3. Proven track record in developing and executing brand campaign and activation (including on-ground events).
4. Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
6. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong adaptability to change. 7. Willingness to work on weekends when necessary (Depends on the event).
