
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance our
- brand’s reach and influence. This may include sponsorships, co-brandings, collaborative works, and more.
- Relationship Building. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and influencers, ensuring that partnerships deliver mutual benefits and are aligned with our brand values.
- Campaign Execution. Coordinates and oversees the implementation of brand campaigns from concept to completion. Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed set goals.
- Content Development. Work with creative teams to develop compelling and consistent campaign content, including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, and ensuring seamless collaboration in creation of digital assets.
- Performance Tracking Monitor and analyse campaign and partnership performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve strategies, as well as prepare Post mortem for campaign evaluation and share insights with the management team.
- Budget Management. Manage the budget for brand campaigns and partnerships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Market Research. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for brand enhancement and partnerships.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing activities. Experience in retail, FMCG, or tech companies is preferred
- Strong background in negotiation & stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to secure and manage partnerships across multiple key partners.
- Understand how to leverage marketing channels, including digital, offline, and trade marketing, for the campaign
- Adequate project management skills to handle multiple initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
