Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Analyse extensive sales reports for suppliers and principals to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Utilise data analysis techniques to uncover insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns.
- Collaborate with the other team to develop strategic recommendations based on the analysis and insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
- Monitor and track the performance of brand partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or analytics. Fresh graduates with stellar profiles are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role or scope of work, preferably in an e-commerce company, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales analysis and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and GSuites (Excel and PowerPoint or Gdocs and Gsheets)
- Ability to operate Google Dashboard
- Digital or e-commerce savvy
- Demonstrated self-starter and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for the grocery industry and an eagerness to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments.
