Job Description
- Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using other channels
- Analyze and identify best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other way of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.
- Find, create, manage good content promotion on Social Media.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
- Handle KOL.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Bachelor degree in Brand Communication or related major
- Have a good understanding about Tiktok Shop and Affiliates
- Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is a BIG PLUS
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Can join ASAP
- Able to do WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
