What You Will Learn & Support

  • Assist in early-stage product development activities, such as gathering insights, identifying trends, and helping prepare concept ideas.
  • Support in coordinating simple tasks for product testing, packaging checks, and sample preparation, with clear direction from the Brand/NPD team.
  • Learn to work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing) to understand end-to-end product development flow.
  • Help compile consumer feedback or internal evaluation notes to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and timelines related to NPD projects.
  • Contribute light administrative support within reasonable scope (e.g., organizing samples, updating trackers).
  • Explore market and digital trends to help the team identify fresh ideas.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or relevant fields.
  • Strong interest in innovation, product development, consumer insights, and FMCG.
  • Curious, analytical, and willing to learn how ideas turn into real products.
  • Good communication and comfortable collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Able to commit for 3–6 months.
  • Willing to work from the Jakarta office (WFO with flexibility when needed).
