Job Description
- Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiatives
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Experience in launching new products, defining product positioning, and delivering all onsite assets to help sell a product online preferred
- Work closely with the creative team through production, to enable the creation of assets that serve our business, brand and customer experience goals
- Review sales team performance and suggest campaigns
- Manage customer experience in our social media and customer service
- Manage budget and monitor budget spend effectiveness for brand
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Requirements
- Experienced in the same position or related field for min. 2 years
- Have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- Having experience in handling marketing campaign, creative, new product development and research
