Job Description

1. Develop Brand Strategy & Campaigns – Create and execute branding strategies, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and market positioning.

2. Plan & Manage Content Calendar – Develop a structured content plan that aligns with brand strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.

3. Lead Creative & Product Branding – Oversee the creation of high-quality content (photos, videos, copywriting) and collaborate with designers & the product team to ensure product aesthetics, packaging, and marketing materials align with the brand’s identity.

4. Ensure Brand Consistency & Audience Connection – Maintain a uniform tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms while ensuring that branding resonates with the target audience, especially moms and families.

5. Schedule & Post Content – Ensure timely posting of content according to the content calendar, optimizing engagement and visibility.

6. Manage KOL & Influencer Collaborations – Identify, engage, and oversee influencers to enhance brand reach and credibility.

7. Analyze & Improve Branding Strategies – Monitor branding and marketing campaign performance using data analysis, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies based on insights and market trends.

Requirements

✅ Strong parental instincts – nurturing, empathetic, and family-oriented

✅ Parenthood is a plus

✅ Experience in branding, marketing, or creative content management

✅ Strong leadership & teamwork skills to guide the creative team

✅ Detail-oriented with a sense of aesthetics and storytelling

✅ Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and content planning
