Job Description
- Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of channels
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
- Bachelor's degree form Marketing, Business, or related fields

For that reason, our system provides water quality monitoring, and planning & reporting tools, complete with a decision support system so farmers can initiate the right treatment at the right time, based on data which has been collected and analysed. All the data from every farm using the system is automatically sent in for collation and review in order to gain valuable insight into the industry as a whole.
This data can be broken down into farm performance, production levels, and disease patterns across region, species and/or manager. Through the power of data JALA will make sustainable and profitable shrimp farming common practice.
