Job Description
As a Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind the strategic development and execution of marketing plans for a renowned international dairy brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate brand awareness, expand market share, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative brand strategy and marketing plans for an international dairy brand
- Spearhead product launches and promotions, ensuring impactful market entry
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive data-driven decisions
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage brand budgets and P&L with a focus on maximizing ROI
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably with international FMCG brands
- Familiarity with FMCG industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
