Brand Designer Sr Staff

1. Brand Identity Development

·      Guidelines & Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive brand books, style guides, color palettes, typography systems, and usage rules.

·      Core Assets: Design primary/secondary logos, lockups, brand iconography, custom patterns, and vector illustrations.

·      Asset Management: Organize and maintain a central Digital Asset Management library for beverages team-wide access.

2. Marketing & Advertising Collateral

·      Print & Physical Media: Produce print collateral such as POSM design for stores, both offline stores & online stores.

·      Digital Campaigns: Design assets for collateral (social media ads, display banners).

·      Out-of-Home (OOH): Create high-resolution graphics for billboards collaterals and physical venue placements.

·      Overview design collaterals from internal team & third-party vendors

3. Physical Product Design

·      Print Production: Prepare print-ready deadlines, handle pre-press file setup, color matching (Pantone/CMYK), and review vendor proofs.

4. Presentation & Internal Visuals

·      Template Design: Build reusable presentation templates (Google Slides, PowerPoint), report frameworks, and internal document layouts.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

·      Brand Quality Control: Review creative output from internal teams and external agencies to ensure visual compliance.

·      Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with copywriters, marketing leads, and product teams to translate creative briefs into functional visual solutions.
