Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive brand growth.
  • ⁠Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • ⁠Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
  • ⁠Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the marketing team.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, presenting insights, results, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • At least possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience minimal 5 years in brand management or related roles.
  • ⁠Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • ⁠Data-driven and analytical, capable of using insights to guide brand decisions.
  • ⁠Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Adaptability to evolving market trends and willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Passion for the brand's mission and the ability to effectively convey that passion to others.
