Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic social impact and community programs aligned with the brands mission.
- Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with NGOs, local communities, and environmental organizations.
- Track, analyze, and report on social impact metrics and sustainability performance to demonstrate real outcomes.
- Manage and sustain KULA’s beauty community, fostering a space where members feel joyful, connected, and empowered.
- Communicate campaigns, initiatives, and community stories through social media to increase visibility and impact.
- Ensure that all CSR and community efforts authentically reflect the brand’s values, resonate with stakeholders, and drive long-term engagement.
Requirements
- Min 1 year in CSR, community management, partnerships, or related roles.
- Prior experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in developing and executing community or social impact programs.
