Job Description

1. Develop annual activity plans based on the company's marketing strategies and goals, and propose corresponding activity budgets. 

2. Review Activity plans proposed by various departements, including activity goals, content, form,budget, etc., to ensure compliance with the company's strategy and brand positioning 

3. Coordinate resources from various departements, develop activity implementation plans, and promote and supervise the plans 

4. Continuously innovate activity forms and content to enhance the attractiveness of activities and the brand image shaping effect 

5. Responsible for the organization of activities, including conference venues, audio equipment, photographers, hosts, etc. 

6. Ensure that the activites are carried out smoothly on time and solve problems and emergencies that arise during the activities 

7. Responsible for the organization and filing of activity materials, making activity reports, summarizing activity experiences, and proposing suggestions for improvement 

8. Develop Event promotion plans, including promotion channels, promotion content, media cooperation 

9. Determine Project goals and scope, conduct project research, and systematically collect, analyze and report project information 

10. Write a project plan, and make a project risk response plan based on project risk forecasts

11. Develop and follow up on implementation details to ensure the smooth progress of all aspects of the project and the presentation of project results 

12. Conduct project summary, reporting and optimization 

13. Full responsible for managing the project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time and with quality 

14. Responsible for the coordination between the project team, internal departements and third parties

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, advertising and media and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than 2 years of planning-related work experience, team management experience is preferred; have a deep understanding of the offline event operation mode, and have 

certain experience in various professional sections of the event such as event construction, event operation, stage art, etc.;

3. Familiar with event operation and various types of event planning skills, have good planning ability and logical thinking, flexible and rich creativity, and can independently 

write plans; 

4. Have new media Internet thinking, as well as event planning, organization, and execution capabilities

5. Have good communication and expression skills, be able to connect with customer meetings, and have the ability to publicly present solutions

7. Good communication and expression skills and logical thinking skills, strong written and oral expression skills;

8. Can independently complete business negotiations, be independently responsible for event planning and program execution, and can fully integrate resources to 

implement online and offline activities; 

9. Have work enthusiasm, good mentality, strong stress resistance, can adapt to business trips, be proactive, respond quickly, and be able to flexibly solve unexpected problems

10. Have excellent professionalism, professionalism and teamwork spirit
