As a Brand Activation Admin, you will:
- Assist in planning and executing brand activation events and programs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requests, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate logistics needs — venue bookings, materials, product samples, and event kits.
- Support reporting and recap summaries post-event.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth activation execution.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or marketing administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel or work on-site during brand events/activations.
