Job Description
- Oversee the day to day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Drive operational improvements by streamlining process, optimizing the supply chain, and implementing cost control measures to ensure efficiency and quality in all aspects of the business.
- Build, mentor and manage a high performing team. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure operational and financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage branch with a focus on balancing operational costs with revenue generation to ensure sustainable financial growth.
- Oversee branch adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards in the health industry.
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are met by developing end enforcing standards of excellence in service delivery and problem resolution.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a branch or products or services
- Prepare in depth reports on branch performance and present insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years in the Aesthetic or Beauty Industry or related industry
- Strong in marketing
- Strong management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify areas of improvement, and drive cost effective solutions
- Attractive looking woman
- Willing to work on Saturday
- Willing to work in Tangerang Area.
