Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of the Trans Snow World business in accordance with the targets set and ensuring all operational activities are running well.
- Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan.
- Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Min. education level at B`achelor Degree for all majors
- Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)
- High entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to communication in English (Preferred)
- Digital Savvy
- Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
- Target oriented and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in shifts
