Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Collect and analyze data from clinics to identify usage patterns and accurately forecast supply needs, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Forecast clinic product and supply requirements to achieve targeted inventory turnover while minimizing overstock and dead stock.
- Develop a Master Purchasing Plan (MPP) and efficiently generate Purchase Requests (PR) based on clinic demands to avoid stock-outs and support smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Manage the return and disposal processes for overstocked, expired, and dead stock items across clinics.
- Conduct regular evaluations of the MPP and address any issues encountered to improve efficiency and resolve deficiencies.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or clinical industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in inventory management, forecasting, and data literacy.
