Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations for outsole material
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and material distribution
- Control inventory and maintain stock accuracy (FIFO/FEFO)
- Coordinate with PPIC, Production, and Purchasing teams
- Lead and manage warehouse staff performance and discipline
- Monitor material availability to support production needs
- Handle issues such as shortages, damages, and discrepancies
- Prepare reports (stock, incoming, outgoing) regularly
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in warehouse, preferably in outsole/material handling
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and stock accuracy
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to operate warehouse system (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate in English (intermediate level)
