Job Description
- Menerima dan mengelola reservasi Bay The Range melalui telepon, sosial media, ataupun email.
- Mengelola waktu yang tepat untuk seluruh reservasi yang masuk harus teratur
- Melakukan konfirmasi terkait reservasi
- Melakukan upselling terhadap customer terkait produk yang disediakan
- Melakukan pembayaran atau transaksi reservasi dengan customer
- Memberikan informasi terkait seluruh informasi harga, diskon, voucher yang ada
Requirements
- Wanita usia max 28 tahun
- TB min. 160cm BB ideal
- Pendidikan min D3
- Pengalaman di bidang Booking Staff, Ticketing Staff, Receptionist atau yang terkait min. 2 thn
- Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris baik
- Berpenampilan menarik
- Bersedia bekerja shift
- Domisili Jakarta
- Penempatan The Range PIK Jakarta Utara
