Job Description
- Ensure effective preparation of (personal) development program and/or social activities (i.e. Designing, Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation) for BINUS Square Boarders
- Provide necessary assistance for BINUS Square student in general (especially BINUS Square Activist)
- Provide a comfortable, conducive and pleasant living experience in BINUS Square
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Management, Psychology, or Communication
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Has experience in area of education and soft skills development
- High initiative and creativity
- Able to build effective communication with students, superiors, and colleagues
- Fluent in English
- Expert in MS. Excel is a plus point
