Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:
as Beauty Advisor at MOP Beauty, you will play a role in promoting Mother of Pearl products and ensuring the brand's retail displays are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate is a makeup enthusiast who is passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers at one of our Modern Trade stores, providing expert advice on MOP products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable MOP products, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations, mini-makeovers, or sampling to drive sales.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on all MOP products, including key ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Confidently address customer queries about MOP products and their applications.

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, beauty advisory, or related roles preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Makeup Enthusiast: A passion for cosmetics and beauty trends is essential.
- Good Manners: Polite, professional, and respectful in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Communicative: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and report to MOP.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetics application.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain neat, attractive displays.
- Proficient in using basic reporting tools (e.g., email, photo sharing, or reporting apps).
Appearance and Behavior:
- Presentable and well-groomed, reflecting the elegance of the MOP brand.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to create positive customer experiences.
Availability:
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
