Job Description
- Monitoring and overseeing plant operations
- Performs inspections to monitor operating equipments (i.e truck mixer), ops schedule & plant facilities
- Ensure that all machines are working properly
- Identifying problems on the plant that arise and recommending plant improvement strategies
- Ensuring that safety, cleanliness and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial work environment
- Highly discipline
- Able to understand, follow, and strictly apply policies, practices, and operating procedures
- Commitment to working in a safety-conscious environment
- Good in communication
