- Brew various types of coffee
- Greet and engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Operate the cash register or POS system for transactions
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new products
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience as a barista
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with manual brew
- Service oriented, friendly, well groomed
- Passionate around product, knowledge, service skills, team culture, and guest relationships
