Job Description
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote insurance products and services through our banking partners
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our partner banks
- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the bank's customer base
- Providing training and support to bank staff on our insurance products and sales processes
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials
- Analysing sales data and customer insights to continuously improve performance
- Achieving individual and team sales targets in line with the company's objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bancassurance or sales role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business performance
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
