Job Description
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using Golang
- Develop and maintain highly concurrent and distributed systems
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Ensure high availability and reliability of our services
- Contribute to the development of products that impact millions of users
- Drive the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Golang and backend development
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on Golang and familiarity with other backend languages (e.g., PHP, Node.js).
- In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Extensive experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/CockroachDB).
- Solid understanding of backend development environments, including: Version control systems (Git), Message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), Microservices/Modular architecture, Familiar with Elasticsearch is a plus
- Experience in performance optimization and monitoring (CPU, memory usage).
- Knowledge about caching data using Redis.
- Experience using NoSQL (MongoDB) databases is a plus.
- Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Log monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with highly concurrent, distributed systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
