Job Description
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasi untuk memenuhi target kebutuhan operasional sewa tempat sesuai ketentuan.
- Menyeleksi dan memproses kandidat bangunan atau lokasi sewa sesuai ketentuan dan anggaran yang ditetapkan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Legal untuk review dan kesesuaian PKS.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Finance untuk pembayaran sesuai kesepakatan.
- Memastikan proses serah terima dan penempatan sesuai timeline operasional dengan koordinasi terkait.
- Mengupdate database premises network sesuai penambahan atau perubahan periodik.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim CREM untuk perbaikan kerusakan, pengosongan premises, dan pengembalian security deposit sesuai kesepakatan.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Min. 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berhubungan dengan sewa menyewa premises atau min. 2 tahun pengalaman kerja jika tidak di bagian tersebut.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office untuk analisa dan reporting
- Pemahaman proses sewa menyewa premises
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
