Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and proactive B2B & B2C Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of approaching institutions (B2B) and individual clients (B2C) to promote and sell Kobi Education’s programs. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, presenting study abroad preparation services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and build connections with schools and institutions.
- Initiate discussions to identify potential partnerships between Kobi and institutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, both online and offline, to individual clients and institutions.
- Follow up with all prospective clients who have been contacted previously.
- Welcome and consult walk-in clients at the Jakarta office.
- Provide accurate information regarding study abroad preparation and Kobi’s educational programs.
- Recommend the most suitable products based on client needs.
- Close deals with both institutional (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients.
- Able to work with high sales targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with the internal team to handle unique or special client requests outside standard cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma (S1/D3) from all majors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably B2B and/or B2C), with proven sales track record.
- Knowledge and experience in scholarship hunting is a plus (preferably a scholarship awardee).
- Willing to work from our Jakarta office (WFO) and open to travel for client meetings or presentations as needed, both online and offline.
- Able to commit to a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for weekend needs.
- Having strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to clearly present education solutions and study abroad pathways.
- Passionate about negotiation, client relationships, and achieving targets.
- Demonstrate product knowledge.
- Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations.
- Tech-savvy and confident in using social media for professional networking.
- Well-maintaining relation management with customers and other stakeholders
