Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s B2B sales channel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development to secure deals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
