Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. As a senior-level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and moving sales pipelines, evaluating strategic partnership opportunities, identifying key client signals, and handling high-level stakeholder relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach and ensuring successful deal execution. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Topline Sales: Lead the deal process from identifying potential clients, relationship nurturing, and conducting due diligence, through to post-contract signing integration. 
  • Evaluate Strategic Partnership Opportunities: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses including competitive landscape reviews, market and impact sizing, and revenue projections aligned with LingoTalk's metrics. 
  • Identify Client Risks & Opportunities: Strategize and proactively develop solutions to unlock opportunities and remove sales bottlenecks. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and internal/external stakeholders. 

Requirements

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or EdTech industries. 
  • Demonstrated ability to move and manage complex sales pipelines independently. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities. 
  • Passion for learning and evangelizing technology products. 
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting in South Jakarta. 
  • Immediate availability is a strong plus.
