
Job Description
- Achieving Sales Targets following the target set by Management
- Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers
- Responsible for performing full sales function, promoting and acquiring new sales, and growing sales from existing customers
- Managing customer accounts, including forecast, planning, and executing sales initiatives, and building stronger business relationships
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
- Have experience in sales in forwarding/logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry for at least 3 years, advanced selling skills in B2B / Industrial Market
- Must have a good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Committed to find & develop our business through excellent clients approach and distinctive selling strategy
- Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team
- Have a vehicle and driver's license
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and mobile as needed
- Can join ASAP
