Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field : A strong academic background to support B2B sales execution.
- Minimum 3 Years of B2B Sales Experience (Automotive preferred) : Proven track record in B2B car sales, preferably in electric vehicles or related industries.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills : Able to pitch products effectively and close deals with diverse corporate stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented with Strong Sales Drive : Demonstrates a proactive attitude, with the ability to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understanding of Automotive & EV Trends : Knowledge of the automotive ecosystem, especially related to electric mobility, is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Acquire Corporate Clients for EV Car Sales : Identify and approach businesses, government entities, and institutions to offer electric vehicle (EV) solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Present Product Offerings and Custom Solutions : Deliver compelling presentations and demos of GreenSM electric cars, emphasizing product benefits, sustainability, and TCO (total cost of ownership).
- Develop B2B Sales Pipeline and Strategy : Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective B2B clients, aligning with sales targets and go-to-market strategy.
- Negotiate and Finalize Sales Agreements : Handle end-to-end sales processes, including quotations, price negotiations, contracts, and delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with product, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and post-sale support.
