Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven B2B Sales Associate to support our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving our lead generation efforts, securing qualified client meetings, and assisting senior team members throughout the entire sales process — from initial outreach to deal closure. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and make real contributions in the tech and EdTech sales space. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients through various channels. 
  • Client Meeting Coordination: Secure and schedule qualified meetings by effectively presenting LingoTalk’s solutions. 
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive in all stages of the deal cycle — from preparing proposals, follow-ups, and documentation, to supporting client communications until the deal is closed. 
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and deal progress in our internal systems. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support tailored solutions and client needs. 

Requirements

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude. 
  • Interest or experience in tech, SaaS, or EdTech is a plus. 
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate across industries and teams. 
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setting in South Jakarta. 
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
