- Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah, berpikir kritis, disiplin dan mau belajar
- Memiliki public speaking baik
- Berpenampilan rapi
- Memiliki pengalaman magang/kerja di koorporat lebih disukai
- Bisa berbahasa inggris lebih disukai
- Berdomisili di sekitar Jakarta atau Semarang diutamakan
