Job Description

  • Develop and execute B2B sales and partnership strategies to drive corporate and enterprise revenue
  • Acquire and manage key B2B clients, strategic partners, and long-term contracts
  • Identify new business opportunities within ride-hailing, transportation, and mobility ecosystems
  • Lead end-to-end sales process: pitching, negotiation, contracting, and partnership execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Achieve sales targets and partnership KPIs aligned with business growth objective

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnership roles
  • Proven experience in ride-hailing, transportation, mobility, or fleet-based industries
  • Strong track record in closing enterprise-level B2B deals and managing key accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial models and partnership structures
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
