
Job Description
- Sell our core products (e.g., RBD CNO, FFA, Crude CNO) to large-scale domestic buyers and industrial clients
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing B2B clients
- Handle the full sales cycle: from prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, to closing deals
- Create and maintain accurate customer databases, visit reports, and monthly sales summaries
- Build and present sales collaterals (presentations, product sheets, company profiles, sample proposals, etc.) tailored to target companies
- Work with a commission/incentive plan tied to sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, owner) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales or marketing
- Already used to working with monthly/quarterly targets
- Have experience selling to large companies, manufacturers, or distributors
- Are excellent at building relationships, following up, and keeping organized records
- Are comfortable creating your own sales decks and client-facing materials
- Communicate well — in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Preferably familiar with the oil, palm, chemical, or manufacturing sector
