Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B Retail specializing in watch sales! If you have strong sales skills and enjoy building relationships, this position is perfect for you. You will be responsible for driving sales through door-to-door retail outreach while expanding our retailer network.
- Actively promote and sell watches through direct retail stores.
- Identify and develop new retailer networks.
- Provide accurate and engaging product information to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to increase repeat orders.
- Establish effective communication with retailers for follow-ups.
- Regularly report sales performance to the management team.
Requirements
- MUST have at least 2 years of experience in watch sales.
- Experience in door-to-door sales, direct retail sales, or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven, persistent, and possesses a strong sales mindset.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
