- Handle online applications with consumers.
- Ensure all processes run in accordance with SOP.
- Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Process reports for individual and team tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year or working experience in Auto-Finance field.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Able to work effectively in a team.
