Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealers and other partners
- Negotiate and structure competitive auto loan products and programs
- Present auto loan solutions to dealerships and partners, highlight benefits and value proposition
- Secure new partnerships and deals with motorcycle dealers and auto lenders
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Analyze market data and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to address them
- Meet and exceed sales targets for auto loan products
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPls) related to sales and client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and marketing, to ensure smooth loan application process for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- 5+ years of work experience in business development or sales functions in auto finance/automotive industry, preferably with current job level as Assistant Manager or Manager
- Bahasa Indonesia and English can be used as work languages
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of auto finance industry, including loan products, credit underwriting, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Have databases and relationship with motorcycle dealers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify and qualify potential leads and convert them into auto loan/finance customers
- Knowledge of financial products and services related to auto loan/finance (e.g. interest rates, loan terms)
