Job Description
- Do customer acquisition, due diligence, and vehicle evaluation
- Promote offline sales of vehicle mortgage loan products
- Take online customer information and push user applications
- Meet with customers and complete preliminary offline reviews
- Offline due diligence and customer interviews
- Offline value assessment of mortgaged vehicles
- Recruit and develop agents
- Maintain agent relationships
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree, any major
- Min. 3 years work experience as Account Specialist/Manager for offline sales at well-known Auto Finance (motor/car/both) business company
- Good Bahasa Indonesia, English is not mandatory but will be an advantage
- Experience in offline sales, customer development, and maintenance of car and motorcycle mortgage loans
- Positive work attitude and goal-oriented person
- Have online financial agent resources
- Good communication skill and risk management awareness
