Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and executing partnership-driven marketing initiatives across product, content, business development, and special projects. The person will act as a key liaison between Vidio and external partners—including major Free-to-Air (FTA) broadcasters
  • Product & Content Marketing Partnerships: Support marketing for new products (e.g. Virtual Gift, Vidio Mini Drama) and non-sports content.
  • Partnership Development & Management: Build and maintain relationships with FTA broadcasters (SCTV, Indosiar), affiliate partners, and strategic alliances for content distribution and brand collaboration.
  • Plan and execute joint campaigns across TV, Vidio’s platform, and on-ground events, especially in 2nd tier cities.
  • Cross-Platform Promotions: Coordinate campaigns with global partners (Google, Apple), including app store promotions, TV campaigns, and live-shopping integrations.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for content mapping, asset preparation, and partner enablement; manage expectations with external partners.
  • Event & Activation Support: Lead marketing support for monthly offline activations, special appearances, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnership marketing, brand marketing, or business development—preferably in media, OTT, entertainment, or telco industries.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, especially with major media companies, broadcasters, or platforms.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills—must be able to build trust and maintain senior-level communication with external partners (e.g. SCTV, Indosiar).
  • Solid understanding of campaign execution, from digital to on-ground activations, with demonstrated ability to drive co-branded or cross-promotional initiatives.
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional collaboration with product, content, creative, and commercial teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to support decisions and optimize partnership performance."
