Job Description

The responsibilities of Associate Sales & Business Development Leader are:

  • Achieve Target: Meet sales goals and grow your business effectively.
  • Attract Clients: Find and connect with potential customers to offer Protection Program and financial products.
  • Provide Advice: Help clients understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Sell Policies: Guide clients through purchasing insurance policies and ensure excellent service.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to meet their evolving needs.
  • Market Products: Promote Prudential’s solutions through networking and marketing strategies.
  • Learn and Grow: Attend training to improve your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Leadership: Work towards building and mentoring your own team of agents in the future.

Requirements

This program is part of the PruVenture Development Program.

PRUVenture is a Special Development Program from PT. Prudential Life Assurance adapted from several countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar.

  •  Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Age 25 years - 38 years Old
  • Open to new opportunities and willing to learn new things
  • Communicative, strong interpersonal skills, self-Drive Achievement and positive attitude
  • Being Trusted Person, Proactive and Self Discipline
  • High Motivated and Target Oriented
  • Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus
