Job Description
We’re seeking a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience or fresh graduates ready to level up. This role is ideal for those transitioning into management and eager to grow from mid-level to a senior role with a clear career path.
- Manage and organize project tasks, providing support to our current PM and helping keep things on track.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth progress on projects.
- Assist with managing tasks and tracking project updates in Jira.
- Help document system flows and project processes to make sure everything is well-organized.
- Provide general support, including helping with administrative tasks and making sure the team stays on top of deadlines.
- Pitch in with admin work and help with the day-to-day management of projects.
- Learn on the job and grow with us as a team.
Requirements
- Any project management experience—internships, part-time jobs, or university projects count!
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
- Passion for documenting processes and contributing to team improvements.
- Having experience with Jira, or other project management tools is a huge advantage.
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with teaching and mentoring.
- Experience as a Developer or done a project, particularly using: HTML, JS, PHP or similar
- Or experiences using a framework like: Code Igniter, or Laravel
